No night shift for woman Again?
The night shift for woman debate has surfaced once again in Bangalore.
What I fail to understand is that why Govt is hell bent on woman not working in Night shift?
Do it want to convey that it cant protect the women after it becomes dark and hence they should not venture out of their home after 8 PM?
Or may be they are genuinely concern about the women of Bangalore City, but then why some of the industry were left out of the ambit of the regulation?
How do Govt ensure that, their wont be any exploitation of women in these particular industry?
Is not it a step which will put those semi literate woman out of their job?
How does the Govt decides that the man will be safe in the night?
Or they believe that their police force can protect the man in the night but not the woman?
In a city like Bangalore, which aspire to be among the top cities of the world. This kind of regulations will only push the city back by several decades.
Wake up Mr. Ansari...
